1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking services with Moshe Media Group (“MMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Moshe Media Group provides creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Photography

  • Videography

  • Content creation

  • Editing and post-production

  • Creative consulting

  • Event coverage

  • Retainer-based media services

  • Digital content delivery

All services are creative in nature and involve professional judgment and artistic discretion.

3. Booking, Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to delivery of any final content.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery, suspension of services, or cancellation of remaining work.

  • No content will be released until all invoices are paid in full.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Client-initiated cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • No-shows or failure to provide access, cooperation, or necessary permissions will be treated as a cancellation.

  • MMG reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Creative Discretion & Artistic Style

Clients acknowledge that:

  • MMG’s work reflects our professional style, aesthetic, and creative judgment.

  • Editing choices (color grading, cropping, framing, pacing, audio, and overall presentation) are made at MMG’s discretion.

  • Disliking artistic style or subjective elements does not constitute a breach of contract.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • All photographs, videos, and content created by MMG remain the copyrighted property of Moshe Media Group.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use delivered content for personal or business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • MMG reserves the right to use any content for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests a written opt-out prior to the project.

7. Turnaround Time & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Rush delivery must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional fees.

  • Delays caused by client feedback, approvals, or late responses are not the responsibility of MMG.

8. Revisions Policy

  • Revisions are limited to what is outlined in your service agreement.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

  • Requests for re-shoots or major creative changes are not included unless explicitly stated.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, shot lists (if applicable), and creative direction prior to the shoot.

  • Secure all necessary permissions, permits, and access.

  • Ensure subjects are available, cooperative, and prepared.

  • Indemnify MMG for any claims arising from lack of permissions or releases.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MMG’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

  • MMG is not responsible for missed shots, technical failures, or data loss due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  • MMG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Force Majeure

MMG is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, illness, equipment failure, government restrictions, or emergencies.

12. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, videos, and branding, is the property of Moshe Media Group and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
